AquaScreen® Legionella species
The AquaScreen® Legionella species qPCR Detection Kit is used for DNA samples prepared with the AquaScreen® Fast Extract procedure for quantification of Legionella in waters samples. The supplied primer set is specific for a braof range of legionella species, but does not detect other water born bacteria as required by ISO/TS 12869:2012.
AquaScreen® Legionella pneumophila
AquaScreen® PCR Diagnostic Kits are used for DNA samples prepared by using the AquaScreen® Fast Extract procedure. The qPCR kit AquaScreen Legionella pneumophila specifically detects alls serogroups of Legionella pneumophila but no other legionella species as required by AFNOR XP T90-471 C und ISO/TS 12869:2012.
AquaScreen® Pseudomonas aeruginosa
The AquaScreen® Pseudomonas aeruginosa qPCR Detection Kit is used for quantification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in water samples with DNA samples extracted with the AquaScreen® FastExtract from water samples.
AquaScreen® Escherichia coli
The AquaScreen® Escherichia coli qPCR Detection Kit is used for DNA samples extracted with the AquaScreen® FastExtract procedure for quantification of Escherichia coli in waters samples.
