• Robot accessible re-closable septum with cross slit for multiple entries of injection needles
• Surface sterilization of septum enables sterile media and solution exchange
• Compatible for injection needles up to 2.1 mm diameter
• Barcode 128 on each tube for efficient automated tracking (coding: lot number plus count renders each tube unique. Ex: 2013000099999)
• Working volume <50 ml; graduation markings start at 0.5 ml
• Sterile gas exchange through openings above the hydrophobic PTFE membrane in the screw cap
• Conical tube fits in standard 50 ml centrifuge adapter, max. centrifugal force 15’500 gx
