Erythrocyte lysing solutions provide complete and gentle lysis of erythrocytes after immunofluorescence staining of peripheral blood, bone marrow, cord blood or leukapheresis samples and prior to flow cytometric analysis. The erythrocytes are lysed, but the leukocytes remains intact.
Quicklysis™
Quicklysis™ is an erythrocyte lyse-non-wash solution without fixatives that allows studying leukocyte subpopulations by flow cytometry.
Bulklysis™
BulkLysis™ is a fixative-free erithrocyte lysing solution recommended for the osmotic lysis of the erithrocytes before immunofluorescence staining of peripheral blood or bone marrow aspirate samples.
BulkLysis™ protocol allows greater sensitivity in flow cytometry studies where a higher cell count is required.
Applications:

BulkLysis™ is used for increasing the sensitivity of minimal residual disease detection (up to 1 cell in 100 000 cells = 0,001%).

BulkLysis™ is used when nucleated cell concentration needs to be increased, such as for AML/MDS panels.

BulkLysis™ is easy to apply in samples with low cell counts or to detect small/rare populations.
